Do I have to book 3 days?
No, but there is a two-night minimum with
first night reservation charged at time of booking.
Does the admission fee include a hotel room?
No. The hotel room is an additional cost.
Rooms are $159 plus tax per night.
When will the hotel charge my credit card?
1st night room and tax will be charged upon
booking – non-refundable and it can’t be cancelled.
2nd payment May
15th and 3rd payment is due June 15th if you choose to stay 3 nights.
You can always pay for your entire stay at
booking.
What is the Hotel Cancellation Policy?
This is a pre-paid event which means your
room and admission must be paid in advance
First night reservation is non- refundable.
Are admission tickets refundable? No
Are tickets transferable?
Yes. You may transfer to another person
before July 1 and confirm with Babs organizers.
Do I have to stay at the host hotel to attend
the event?
No, it’s not required but most do stay on
site.
Plus, we want you to be safe and not be
tempted to drink and drive.
Can I have non-Summer Jam visitors in my
hotel room?
No, they will be removed from the property.
Are microwaves, irons and mini fridges in the
sleeping rooms?
Yes
Are meals included?
No, but there are several restaurants and
fast-food establishments in the area.
Which airport is closest to Babs Summer Jam?
Folks come in from all over the country.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle to and from
the airport?
No.
Can I bring my own drinks into the ballroom
for the night parties?
No. There will be a cash bar available for
guests each night.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes
I’m single and attending alone. Will I make
friends easily?
Babs is a big friendly bunch and trust you
will make friends that will last a lifetime.
Do many couples attend?
Yes! Singles, couples and friends all attend.
Babs accepts everyone.

Will there be security?
Yes, our priority is everyone's safety.
Covid Policy: In the event of any Natural
Disaster or Public Health Emergency
Babs BBW will follow prevention protocols and
adhere to all
CDC, Local, State and Federal Government
Guidelines.
Should a Public Health Emergency occur
organizers will postpone Summer Jam 2023
to a safer date and all tickets will be
transferred to the new date.
Event Policy:
You agree that by participating in this event
you accept all responsibilities for your own actions.
You agree that by participating in this
event, that you will not hold Babs BBW responsible
for any loss or injury to your person or
property.
Babs BBW reserves the right to change the
schedule of events and admission price at any time.
In attending Babs BBW Summer Jam you
understand that it is
your responsibility to inform any
photographers if you do not wish your picture to be taken.
If Babs BBW Summer Jam is canceled the
organization
will not be liable for your non-refundable
travel arrangements.

cancellation insurance.
